When it is found that there is gas leakage in the boiler body of the high-efficiency gas boiler, the furnace should be shut down urgently, and the main valve of the natural gas should be shut off to cut off the gas source, and the gas leakage should be handled according to the precautions. When parts such as control, regulation, measurement, and their joints leak, they should report to the production department in time, handle the natural gas leakage emergency plan, and organize relevant technicians to replace the control, adjustment, measurement and other parts. The joint where the bit leaks is to be resealed.

High-efficiency gas boilers do not allow positive pressure combustion or furnace smog during operation, as it is easy to burn out the coal hole cover. There shall be no water on the ground level at the bottom of the boiler to prevent moisture corrosion; Every 2-3 weeks of operation should be checked once; after every 3-6 months of operation, the furnace should be shut down for comprehensive inspection and maintenance.
