1.The fault phenomenon of overpressure appears in the high pressure steam boiler. It is generally shown that the air pressure rises sharply and exceeds the rated working pressure value. The pointer of the pressure gauge obviously exceeds the safety red line, Even after the action of the safety valve, it still cannot prevent the abnormal rise of the pressure. In case of such phenomenon, the heating temperature shall be immediately and rapidly reduced, the furnace shall be stopped in an emergency, and the air release valve shall be opened manually. At the same time, increase the feed water and strengthen the discharge in the lower drum to ensure the normal water level in the boiler so as to reduce the water temperature, thereby reducing the pressure of the boiler drum. 2.The high-pressure steam boiler appears full of water. The abnormal water volume of high-pressure steam boiler means that the water level is higher than the normal or even the water gauge cannot be seen. The color of glass tube in the water gauge appears warning color. In this case, first determine whether the water level is slightly full or severely full, then close the water gauge and open the water pipe several times to see whether the change of water level can restore the normal water level or slightly full water. If severely full, the boiler should be stopped immediately and water released for a comprehensive inspection.
3.Water shortage occurs in high pressure steam boilers. The water level of the high-pressure steam boiler is obviously too low and lower than the normal water level. At the same time, the boiler's smoke discharge temperature increases, and the water supply flow is less than the steam flow, which can obviously smell the smell of burning. When such a situation occurs, it is necessary to shut down the boiler, but it is strictly prohibited to blindly add water to the boiler, and slowly add water to the boiler after determining the degree of water shortage, and at the same time to reduce the intensity of fuel and air blowing.
